Initial idea of a shoe using the modular spool has a heel. I collaborrated with Lois Fuller to redesign them so the shoes are very different from this image right now.

Sustainable shoes completed…
The sustainable footwear that started as an experiment into the use of cardboard spools to make shoes is now complete and it will feature in my exhibition “Waste to Glamour” (Part II) Starting on the 8th of December 2011 at my studio in Stratford, London. See above flyer for details.
Art & Crafts
I am in the process of making room dividers out of the spools from the train ticket machines. It is very architectural and very painstaken too. It requires so much attention to detail. My deadline is looming,but i know it will be finished. Once the job is done you shall see the piece on here….
