When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund. We create, develop,test and sell sustainable products for fashion/interiors, prints, arts and crafts to the highest specifications that meet the standard and level of satisfaction expected by our customers worldwide. We back our products with a special guarantee. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within thirty working (30) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for products returned damaged, defaced or not in the original packaging. Shoes that are ordered from this website will not be refunded if already worn, for hygenic reasons, unless there is a manufacturing, structural fault. Refunds are processed within a 21 day period.This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation Policy:

Adeysapphire Design Studio and Sustainable Products, believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Adeysapphire Design Studio and Sustainable Products’ marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Christmas etc, or items bought on sale promotional offers or personalised goods. These are limited occasion offers and in the case of personalised products not resaleable, therefore cancellations are not possible.
(Adeysapphire Design Studio and sustainable products) does not accept cancellation requests for handprinted items like cloth bags or handmade items due to any imperfections that may exist in the product as it is expected that there may be slight variations that are bound to occur as a result of hand processing during production of the goods etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not satisfactory.
